It was actually wormy vomit- small white worms. Seems to have resolved with ACV and garlic in the water.

Welcome to BYC. The worms are still there, and the rest of your flock is most likely infected. Great advice has been given for elimination.

Personally, I believe that while some 'natural' approaches might deter worms; for example, ACV is reported to make the chicken's digestive system a little 'uncomfortable' for the worms to live in, they are not effective in eradicating the worms entirely and if you have evidence of worms, the big guns [chemicals] need to bought in.
