I've had many successful gosling/mother goose integrations. Unless goose is broody and I can place a 1-3 day old baby into her nest (which works great), I bring goose inside house for 2-3 days so babies can stay safe and warm. Day One, I set up a pen next to brooder, so they can be next to each other. Day Two I take babies out of brooder and put into pen with goose. By Day Three, babies and mother goose are usually pretty bonded and can be turned outside.
