one year my parents gave my DS and me Pjs, with a velcro target on the chest (the soft side) and a set of balls with the rough velcro on them....... my boy cousins had a blast pelting us with those darn balls....... we didn't wear them again.

worst xmas gift. actually just got it. it was from my husbands family member. ( i think his mother). We were doing a grab bag gift. 20.00 dollar limit etc. We (husband and me) chose a gift. it was candle. lilac candle flavor. mmm it was used at least once. talk about bad!

A bottle of perfume. I'm allergic to fragrances, scented smells, perfumes, etc. I get migraine headaches. I re-gifted and gave it to the next victim.

I can't honestly think of a bad gift i've ever received. I've received no gifts, and to be honest alot of people have received no gifts from me, but not a really bad gift. i got a toy car for my 16th birthday from my mom, she said it was the biggest car she could afford to buy me

I tol dher it was great, still have it in the box somewhere. My great aunt tends to give dollar store gifts, we just pass them along to the thrift store

it truly is the thought that counts with her so I love her for it

We get a lot of goofy gifts from my BIL who is mentally handicap and has a strict budget of $5 - $10 per person. Oh well - he just wants to make sure he gives you something and it makes him incredibly happy when you open his presents and gush over them.
