WORST day of my life(so far)

I'm so sorry for what happened! Can you still hear your rooster crowing? Go ahead and look for him. Our next door neighbor has a big roo that when he's only about 600ft. away you can barely hear his crow-and that's with no bushes, trees, or brush of any kind, perhaps yours isn't quite so far away?
I hope all 10 chickies and the kitten come back safe and sound

Take heart.. I had an incident and I did find my chickens... The rooster will call at first light... Get ready for you babies.. Make sure you have what you need on hand and inspect every bird carefully... Just keep looking.. and if you see the dogs.. SSS rule is in order. Keep looking (I am sure you can't stop)... Take your vitamins... If they don't come home hit us up for some "pity eggs"... We all feel for you.... Sorry

Hydrogen peroxide and arnica or furizone powder... clean towels and boxes if they need separated.. and take lost of vitamins... If they are unhealthy and hurt you may lose some sleep. Also Rooster booster and yogurt and antibiotics may be necessary... You can be proactive and stock you kit. (that will keep you busy for part of the day)... and wait to hear the roosters or hens call.. I would alert the vets office and put out something on CL also.

1 came home, an 8 week old roo that I was going to keep. I found him on the back poarch this AM soaking wet (its been raining/snowing off and on..!
