I tried. LOL This was the second attempt though....the last time they all arrived in-tact but with busted air cells.

So I packed a little bit differently and hoped for the best.

This spring the PO has been especially rough with eggs!

I can concur with that one. However, packing them best is what counts. If I get eggs that are packed well and still destroyed I know it is the PO. If they are not packed well, then it is the sellers fault, IMHO. And yes I sell and ship eggs.

If you bought them thru ebay and/or paid by paypal, you should be protected. If they don't respond to you soon. You can file a dispute and ask for a refund. That may get their attention to respond to you. If not you should get your money back. I've never bought eggs off of ebay so I can't say for certain but I have had a couple of problems when I paid somebody thru paypal and never got my item. I got my money back. I would think that the option that the items wasn't as described. After all, they didin't say they where sending scrambled eggs but thats what you got.
