Sufficate feathermites? If it suffocates other types of mites?

How would you get it out? Shampoo?
Oil is used on scaly leg mites but nothing else.
If you have mites on the bird, dust well with 5% Sevin a week apart.

I would not do it. I’d be concerned about keeping the hen’s skin from breathing plus getting her feathers all oily where they won’t insulate her.

I guess ill just process then since Ive already tried sevin dust it don't work Ive tried everything possible nothing works.

You also have to get all the mites out of the bedding, nests, nooks and crannies, etc.. You've probably gotten rid of them and they got reinfested.

That requires removing EVERYTHING from the building and perhaps run. Put Sevin in all the cracks and crevices. A garden dusting tool helps. Then put all new bedding in at the same time you dust your birds.
