Would This Be A Form of Harassment?

Was a crazy day! Got our freight in and we were down 4 people.
One of the co-workers kept asking me to help her out at the till. Only time I had to tell her no was when I had to find out if a case in the back could be put out.
Only a couple of people needed to be kept going but we all worked like a well oiled machine!

And this wonderful day and that everyone worked together like a well oiled machine could be a good report to the owners ears if you happen to mention it. Also would give all the others a Kudo to the owners. It might get back to them that you commented on how well they did together. Would encourage them to keep that good attitude more often. And you would NOT be known as the 'person who will report people" or tattle but an actual supportive worker.

JC it has been crazy but the pusher does not come near me any more since her supporter gone.

Blubird I have praised co-workers to the owners. Told them who is just great and working hard. I also praise co-workers to other co-workers.

Had one co-worker mention how stressful it is now with this super gone I think it is just a bit of insecurity over this person being gone since she was the main trainer.

I just feel more relaxed and do not feel like I am waiting to be stabbed in the back anymore.

Everything is much much better. A lot more communication among all of us. Everyone is willing to help each other.

The ex-super comes in once in awhile. She has talked to everyone but the owners and myself. Do not miss her.

Talked with the owner the other day. Told them how much better it is at the store. How the stress level is way down. Praised all my co-workers to them.
The laughter and jokes are back. So that is a great sign.

WOW! This was interesting tonight. The former super came in and I rang her groceries up. Guess she must have thought I was totally deaf, well I am not.
Heard her telling a customer behind her that I was a B-word and that we cannot stand each other. I was at the credit card machine that is at a different till. The customer she was talking to was looking right at me when she said all of this. He knew I could hear her, but he said nothing.
I like the other customer and acted like I heard nothing when I rang him up.
I have no plans to put the customers in between us like she did. Just giving her enough rope and going to let her hang herself. Karma has a way of coming around and slapping a person when they least expect it.

PLease make sure you get this documented, with any witnesses, and desctiptin of customer and a name if you have one.

THis is bad for business for the owners. Unfortunately it could cost you your job-- but since it is hard for the owners to sack employees maybe they would ban the ex- employee . . . .

Sorry this happened-- must have made you feel crummy when it was clearly vindictive and untrue. WOnder what triggered it??

SHe is a customer at the discretion of the owners.
