Would this shed be good for 20 chickens as a coop? (actually 16 chickens but chicken math is inevitable)

im obviously gonna modify it to be more chicken friendly but just tell me if its good or not. (comes with a small vent and a light transmitting panel [let me know if i need to add more ventilation])

there are also no raccoons or foxes around the area because i have 2 big dogs. (and the latch is probably high so the raccoon cant get in)

It would be good for about a dozen, and you'd have to be willing to cut into it for more ventilation. These kinds of sheds are notoriously stuffy. It does have that acrylic panel around the top that might be removable (so use hardware cloth instead). You might be able to push a few more if you offer a U-shaped roost around the whole perimeter and invest in an auto door to let them out ASAP in the morning.

If you really want a larger flock size, I'd shop for something bigger. Future proof, you know? Still an interesting find.

Hard to say if this is a good choice withouth knowing where you live / climate circumstances.

The amount of space for roosts and nestboxes is probably fine for 16 if the chickens can go outside shortly after sunrise until sunset. You certainly need to attach a run.

Ventilation needed is about 1 sqft /per normal sized chicken on warm nights. Best place is under the roof.
