The 1st one would probably work but the 2nd one has a very steep ramp that the ducks might have a problem climbing.

The first one probably, we have a HUGE doghouse that is placed near the run and where the 'coop will be' lol and mine go in it(there all free range during the day) the second one that ramp, no way... muscovy are big and the males are about as agile as a hippo on skates

Personally, if your only after a quick get out of the rain/wind house and not using it for night time.. i'd probably skip buying one with an attached coop as i doubt it would be large enough, either purchase a doghouse and build a coop or free range and lock them up in a pedator proof building at night.
