I think it is certainly rude not to include you especially since your daughter is still a minor and in high school.
IT would be one thing if she is older, they don't know you well but what is the rush. Even if there are other reason to the rush some discussions should have taken place between your family and theirs. I would not only be offended but flaming mad!

I'm a guy and I know that is totaly WRONG!!! As the parents of the bride you have first choice of when , where, and what to do if anything concerning the wedding and reception. For them to do that it is just so ..... Its more than Tacky! It's a slap in the face! That is TOTAL disrespect!!! Personally I would be furious!!! At them not your daughter. Is she Prego? Sounds kinda funny to me. not haha funny but rushed? Sorry its none of my buisness. But my sweet, darling, innocent, sis in law got prego at 14!!!!!!!! Oh no she is too young! she doesn't know anything about sex hahahaha.......That is what M in law told wife and I. when we told her she needed to be talked to. 3 months later.....Hey guess what!!!!

It will be okay. It's a lot to swallow! Maybe it would be better that they do take it upon theirselves. Maybe you could do something special for your DD and this boy. Maybe you could offer to pay for the cake or maybe some flowers. Don't worry yourself over it. And don't make a big stink about it to your DD. She'll probably take it the wrong way.

We had a small, plain wedding. We were going to have a big one in the future. Now that we have gotten older, we realize it's just a waste of money anyway.

But try to make her day as special as you can. Maybe give her something that is super precious to her. That would make her day special.

See there is no way I would let them live there if it were me. And I am sure his parents aren't thinking clearly either. In my mind, if they are old enough to get married, they are old enough to line a cardboard box for their honeymoon suite.
