Wow, it sounds like it's been a rollercoaster ride for you. Things never did seem like they were going well, from what I read. Well, good on you for finally putting astop to it. I hope you find a more stable job.

she wouldnt let me have my final paycheck until i talked to her. and she had to tell me how no one is more important and how there is no "I" in team. she offered me back my job until she can hire someone else only because i am a good worker and she likes me

still no luck but hoping soon to find something.

Check your state labor laws, cause in some states it is illegal! to with hold a final check!

I wouldn't go back unless she paid me what she owes, plus, pay for future work, is paid up front. Mean while, I'd be looking for another job! Good luck!!
