As long as you think you can cover the basics, diapers and formula, and a little $ for the nursery, you'll be fine. both of my babies were born in really tough financial times for us, but they never went without, I'm not one who required a $15,000 nursery and all the latest and greatest gear, I loved a good garage sale, and hand-me-downs for friends.
both of my girls were suprises, but I know how crazy it is "trying"(we tried for one more but no luck) you always think about the what-ifs, I don't think there's any getting rid of that.
just make sure to start prenatals now instead of after you get a + test, my niece has spina bifida and will never walk and has had several major surgeries and a lot more to come. upon diagnosis, the dr. told my sister there's a good chance it could have been prevented had she started prenatals sooner.
(sorry, got off topic there)
good luck!
and I'm super jealous, my babies grew up on me
