Iowa winter = cold and sometimes LOTS of snow.

We are talking negative double digit windchills at times.

But then again we could have a mild winter. It's very unpredictable.

Thans pb&j! I've never paid attention to Iowa's winter myself, but they do make trailers/RV's rated for different kinds of weather. I guess it would just take a bit of research to find one that would work. Ours was cozy in the zero temp range, it just burnt a bit extra propane than usual.

My cat has done more than $1000 in damages all on her own. One of my friend's well behaved dogs got bored one day and unhappy that a new gate was put up at the top of the stairs. He took out his frustration by nibbling on the wall by the gate and just kept going. Several hours later their one incident of a dog misbehaving had them redoing the entire stair area.

I'd still probably rent to someone with 4 dogs before I would to someone with 4 children.
