o I found him on the side of the road. He has a large hole in his foot, the skin is green. The band looking thing doesn’t seem to be a band but skin that is pulled down from the leg. I cleaned him up and gave him a penicillin shot. I soaked his feet in epsom salt and then used Neosporin ointment to fill the wound. Is there anything else I can do for him?

Check to make sure the "band" is not a grown in zip tie.

I just looked at the pics again and it looks like the band is too tight so take it of ASAP.

I agree that the "band" seems to be a zip tie. Cut that off asap.

Would the skin be over the band? It is only on the front of the leg. Not the back. The band is soft and bleeds
