Wow... from first ever egg to second ever egg in 24 hours :D

So my second egg was under happier circumstances, just an average day in the backyard. It's much bigger, but it was laid in the run (hope that's not going to become a habit!).

Almost enough eggs to make scrambled eggs and let everyone have some now

Isn't life sweet!
I have a half dozen now, and the first came on Fri. I couldn't wait and had one this morning. It tasted great.

I think the only problem is now I'm going to be crazier than I was before, running out to check every chance I get (thank goodness for a 9 to 5, or I'd be out there all day every day

).

I'm wondering if I don't have two who started at the same time, rather than one who's just really enthusiastic. I guess I'll just have to see if I get anything today
