Got a few pics from Joannie's nest, she hatched 1 more today. But only the 3 are coming out to say hi. All of these she's sitting on are her daughter Angel's eggs. So these are all grandbabies (F2s) and sired by Kong.View attachment 3849864View attachment 3849865View attachment 3849863

Don't care.... here's more.

Joannie's up to 5 now, and Momma's still at 4, but I hear cheep cheep from 1 of the eggs so giving it one more night to see and then I think I'll call them both done. Hopefully not making a mistake having one hatch 2 days later.

Momma came out for just a quick dust bath with hers. She's a lower ranking hen so I had to supervise and once Kong started coming close she ushered them all back in. It was overcast and low 70s today with rain coming, so felt ok letting her go back in. Joannie hasn't wanted to come out yet but she's a day behind with her hatch.
