Wrinkled eggs

Oh, dear. I cracked the wrinkled egg my pullet laid this morning, and while some of the white was normal, I'd say half of the yolk WAS watery. The pullet is taking a dustbath at present and seems okay, but if it is IBV, are there any other symptoms.

That was very helpful. My girls look good, and are acting normally though. The white and yolk looked normal. My one Australorp is in hard-core molt right now. She looks a hot mess! Could that be the issue rather than IB?
