Wrinkles on Indian Runner Ducks Bill

Hi,

I have a ~14 week old indian runner who's beak has developed slight wrinkling and a small bump on her Bill.. She is healthy and acting lively and excitable - as usual. Eating and drinking as normal. I wondered if this was normal? my other two females don't have this, but they are about 5 weeks or so younger.

I am new to owning indian runners so any advise would be helpful!
