Just have some out for them to eat whenever if possible.

If you know which hen it is, give her vitamin D for a few days. Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption.

Someone in your flock has an infection. You'll need to figure out who's sick and start a round of antibiotics. I used aqua mox for mine, and also calcium with vitamin d like the other people have mentioned. I did two rounds for my sickest hen, two weeks between rounds. I'm now putting acv in the water and giving all my girls turmeric paste for inflammation. I was still seeing signs of infection and the shells looked like crumpled paper. The sickest still isn't laying, but the other two are. I dewormed all of them between antibiotic rounds, saw round worms.

Also, you may need to deworm your flock, that may be causing the deficiency and issues for your girls.
