Maybe because they are both show chickens they go to a show together, and when they get back they have to go into a two-week quarantine, so could they start a family then? That way Jasper won't be a threat or anything. And it could be like Lady Ginger said, about her being excited and then have babies appear shortly after.

I looked at your story, and one, I don't see how it's possible cloudy could have picked up a rock. Two, Jasper couldn't fight off the big roosters, but he can fight off a hawk? Otherwise, your writing is good!

Poor Daisy and Chicklet! Sounds like what happened to my Sunshine and Orange Juice, such sweet Red Stars,

They had Botulism, sounds exactly like what yours had, sorry to say this but the honey did more harm than good.

Mine got better, then died! And you should be glad you were not there at their death. Orange Juice deid IN MY ARMS! Worse thing ever! And Sunshine deid in the garage when I was JUST outside, it was awfull.

Listen: I'll say this one more time, and one only.

THIS STORY IS NOT TRUE!!! It's a thing called pecking order. If Jasper was at the bottom, yes, the other roos would be dominent. Jasper has his own flock now, and is perfectly healthy enough to fight off a hawk to protect his flock. You'd be surprised to see how roosters transform into flock protectors when something threatens their flock. As for the rock thing, she picked it up in her beak and swung her head, therefore, throwing the rock.
