I have been reading every post and I really enjoy your story. From the time I was in 6th grade to the end of my senior year I used to write ALL the time. I am an artist too so when I was younger my family always said I should write and illustrate my own children's books and/or cards. Unfortunately I never did that and wish I would have. My senior project many years ago was a novel, I only made it to chapter 7 but got and A- only cause it was so short. I hope you keep writing and I really enjoy reading about Cloudy. Don't let people get you down and write whatever you feel, if they don't like it they can read something else and if they do then they will follow your story and buy the book!
