Wry Neck?

I got 3 ducks from rural king last night. One little guy just didn’t act right when I got him home. So I gave him some nutri drench and some bit b complex and water. Well he peeked up. This morning I go check on them and he’s holding his neck sideways and running in circles. I took him out and put him in a box but I feel bad. Not sure what to do for him. I hate to take him back and then kill him

Don't take him back just keep up with what your doing it isn't an over night success but it can be helped. What B complex are you using human or animal?

Yes I gave it to him a little at a time over a few hours. He seems to be doing a little better. He was eating and drinking now

Well little guy/girl is doing sooo much better. Not really sure what was going on but no signs of anything today. Eating drinking and running around like nothing ever happened. So happy!! Was really worried for a bit.
