Wry neck

I have a 4 week silkie with wry neck I’ve read to give E with selenium. How often and what strength and what else can I do.

I had a silkie chick who also got wry-neck. I separated him to reduce stress (though that isn't necessary, but he was really bad), and gave him a diet of half chick crumbles and half sunflower seed insides. He was better in a week and a half.
If it is bad enough you might have to tip his/her head up so they can drink several times a day.
I don't know anything about medicine or that kind of stuff, I only did what I said above. I hope your chick gets better soon!
