I know it is not funny but it stuck me as so when I read this:

It was just so matter of fact the way I read it.
It is not easy,but better to take care of it rather than complain over and over with no results.
I am sure you gave them chances.Most do before resulting to lethal actions.

Now that all of the dogs are gone, the coyotes are braver. You might look into getting your own dog.

Well when I got home from work today, I noticed no one out and about, and thought oh no I forgot to open pop door, walk out there and everyone was in the coop and the younger group in a hut for rain shelter, when they saw me they all came running out, as if to tell me some big story, gave everyone a treat and started back to the house, when I came across this

and this the other side

From seeing some other pic's it looks like a hawk attack and I thought they were all gone from the area, everyone was saying they migrate, I guess one hung around, Oh do owls hang out in the mornings, we have been hearing a couple right outside our bedroom window. Just when you think it is safe
