Hey Everyone

Im still here... kinda... no internet til Saturday!!!

Im so far in the boonies that comcast hasn't heard of me so we have to wait on hughes satellite internet. I will jump back in on the craigslisting and networking then. Please, someone post a flyer at Gowers. I don't have anyway of printing it out and am practically buried in stuff. I did take pics and will post them when I get chance. You won't believe it. It looks like that hoarders show... hope, Im not offending anyone

Only 3 weeks to go. We can look forward to cooler weather for the Fall Chickenstock. The critters will like that, too.

Does anyone have any White Silkie Hens or Pullets for sale that they are bringing? Also any Lavender Silkie Breeders out there?

I have a question for the bloodtesting... for WV when do they have to be tested again? For PA my paperwork is good for 90 days after getting them tested. Do birds under 16 weeks of age need tested in WV?

Just want to make sure . . . we are going to have some week old Wheaton Marans chicks for sale. It's alright to bring them to the chickenstock right? I will have some hand warmers and a hot water bottle to keep them warm, but I just wanted to make sure there wasnt some restriction on how young the chicks could be.

No you can bring them its just up to you how you keep them warm. I'll have alot of chicks myself so no worries there.

I have some that are still too young to sex, and I have several that are old enough to make a real good guess, if you know what I mean. I'm almost 90 % sure the blues are a pair. I never say 100 % when it comes to silkies. The whites may be a little more difficult, only 2 are the same age as the blue, and the rest are all younger. I feel as though I'm rambling here....sorry. I'm still on my first cup of coffee!
