The way you have it, for it to make sense it would have to say "These" instead of "This" and then the "is" changed to an "are"
Both the "is" and "are" need to be the same tense...so either both is or both are

now take out ur (i think prepositional?) phrase and then see how it sounds

now you can ad the rest.

The subject we are talking about is This > which is single
These is plural therefore you would need a plural verb...are
but it is single so u need a single verb>is
