My bad, I didn't know there was such thing as a Blue WYANDOTTE, that's why I thought Orpington.
It can be overwhelming to start to realize just how many different breeds, colors, etc of chickens there are out there. In this case, the color was the same - so that's when you start to look at other characteristics such as leg color (yellow in the Wyandotte, not in the Oprington), comb type (rose in the Wyandotte, single in the Oprington), body type, etc and that is how you start sorting out breeds by ruling them in/out based on characteristics a particular breed should or shouldn't have. Once you start becoming more familiar with characteristics of given breeds it gets easier.
