I was just at one of our local Feed Mill. They have Silver Laced Wyandotte Pullets for sale $5.99 each.

They had about 10 of them.

They are located in Gilroy, not sure if you want to drive this far but I thought I would post this for you.

Edited to add: if you want me to get one and hold it for you I will be more then happy to do that as well

Thank you so much for that tip! I certainly don't mind a road trip for a nice hen.

A big concern of mine is really knowing that it really is a pullet. Are they a few months old? I have had bad luck with chicks that were supposed to be pullets. I am so hesitant to get anything but an older bird now!
