Wyandotte-Welsummer cross: cockerel or pullet?

I raise mixed breed chicks and have been able to tell the difference between combs for some time now.

These chicks look to be roughly 3-4 weeks old... in which case, just the growth of their individual combs and the thickness of thier legs tells me what sex they are. Specifically, the height of the comb per comb type.
A rose or pea comb will have bulged more by this age on a cockerel than how it is on this pullet(#1). #2's comb's height is proper for a single combed cockerel of that age.
