We’re just getting mist here, but it rained pretty good overnight. Big Horns got a lot of snow, as did Sheridan, Buffalo, and Gillette. Wish it was happening on the western side of the state over the fires. We are heading for Cheyenne this morning. There’s a little snow around Kaycee but should be about melted by the time we get there.

While I was stumbling around in the garden a few days ago, I stumbled across this. I set it on the sink so I would not have to try picking it up from the floor.

Feed some of them to the turkeys and chickens and give the rest away. I might even get ambitious enough to make a pie once the pie pumpkins turn ripe.

A neighbor admired them as I was bringing them out of the garden so she got one that was around 60 lbs.

It's sprinkling out right now. The cold front moved in a few days ago and snow is in the forecast but has not showed up yet. It is currently 37°F so today may be the day.
