Saw this and thought you all might appreciate it!



It's snowing again this morning, but we're only supposed to get about an 1". Yesterday's frozen snow pellets were sort of surprising!

Yup. We're getting slammed up here.... and it's not supposed to end until late tonight. <sigh> Forecast said we could get 8 inches, and I believe it! No school for Kendra today - her aide called and said she can't make it into town. We've lived in this old place for 20 years, and were talking last night about how this is the most snow and prolonged cold we've had in that 20 years. Usually the Big Horn Basin is a bit of mini- banana belt - we're always warmer with less snow than other areas of the state. Boy, not this year, although we'll have to go some to beat Daniel, WY. As of yesterday they had 22 inches and it was still coming down.

Hunker down, my friends.....get the chicken chores done early and then curl up with a hot chocolate and a good book.
