I found these the other day and believe they are Brown Oyster mushrooms. I got brave this morning and cooked some up. I "tasted" more than recommended and am still waiting to see if there are any undesirable after effects so I can go finish off the cooked batch.

BTW the Cream Legbar eggs that are being laid now are fertile. I will know Wednesday night if the ones in the incubator are fertile.

You could get in all kinds of trouble with a full cabinet incubator and a cabinet hatcher.

I am not feeling any ill effects as of yet and can't help myself from eating more even though they are cold now.

No, she showed up 7 years in a row but not last year. I didn't expect her back. She was crippled when she left after a rough breeding by the tom.

I agree but for a wild turkey and all the dangers she continuously faced, showing up for 7 years in a row was impressive. It had to end sometime.
