@red horse ranch I have been finding 6 guinea eggs a day since I know where their nests are.

When I returned to the house from egg gathering this afternoon, a doe was waiting for me in the driveway. She looked like she about to pop at any time. Her belly was twice as wide as her body is. We had a nice chat before I went in to put the eggs away.

Stranger things have happened. Right now I have a black & white "kitty" to deal with.

As I was digging a hole for a tomato plant, I was not expecting to find this in the garden.

It calmed down once I gave it a bath

I tossed it in the pond where it can play with the fishies.

It is only about one third the size of ones that I have found previously.

For some unknown reason, I kept thinking of it as a him. I have no idea whether it was male or female.

Can't do any better than this, 8 guinea hens and 8 guinea eggs today. They managed to put all of them in the same nest.
