So I just candled on day 5, and out of 25 eggs, I can see veins and little blobs in 18 of them, 2 of them are Cuckoo Marans, so I can't see a thing except that the top 3rd is dark, I think thats a good thing
and the other 5 are ones I'm not sure on but I think at least 2 are duds, I'll check again in a week. For my first time I really only expected for 2 or 3 to develope at all, especially with my LG temps all over the place. Tomorrow I'm putting in 11 silkie eggs, but I think usps, was a little ruff on them, because it looks as though 7 of them have ruptured air sac's, but I'll give 'em all 10 days before I decide on them. Also Tomorrow my Hovabator 1588 comes, so maybe I can finally have a stable temp?
