YeA I got Buttons (pic added)

I didnt think any of these eggs was going to hatch because of the problems i had with my bator but i came home and there is 6 running around

i hope there is more to come. i will post a pic as soon as the light comes back on

Good luck on your hatch Paganbird. I got up this morning and a couple of the Coturnex had hatched and several more buttons had hatched. Im going to wait until tonight to take them out. that should give the others enough time to hatch there is about 4 more piped that i can tell

Here is the stupid question of the day.... What do you do with them? WHy raise them? eggs, meat, ornamental?

Well the Coturnex im going to raise for food and eggs to sell. The buttons are more ornamental. when i got the Coturnex eggs there was some button eggs in there also so i set them all together. But after my wife seen the little buttons im sure she will be keeping them
