i just set a dozen eggs not much but i only have 2 egg laying hens one GLW one mutt lol and easter egger roos so i cant wait to see what pops out! i also put a few grocery store eggs on there i had some free range eggs when i was cooking with them i noticed they had the bullseye so maybe ill get somthing lol cant wait to find out!

yes i am trying it a lot of the free range eggs you buy in the store are fertile and a lot of people have hatched trader joe eggs there is a thread on here some where with pics of the chicks people have hatched i an in ct and trying farmers cow eggs! along with eggs from my backyard

They are EE's! They all came from either a real olive green egg, or a light green, oh wait, the yellow one came from one that was more blue than green. I do believe that I am going to have a barred rock looking hen. I think the other three are roos. What to do. Can't have roos.
