What is causing this yellow build up and how can it be treated. Cockerel has some lesions on comb, wattle and beak.

May we also see a photo of the lesions on comb and wattles?

Is there a foul odor coming from his mouth?

Where do you live? Any mosquitoes driving you nuts lately?
Also noticed moisture under its wings that definitely stinks

Can we see the lesions on the comb and wattles, please.

The stink points to canker, as @Tookie suspects. But need to see the lesions on the outside.
I already posted poctures of lesions further up the thread, but posting them here again

In the last picture of the wattles it looks like fowl pox. The yellow material inside the beak could be the wet from of fowl pox, but as far as I know, it doesn’t have a bad odor, as canker does.

Thanks for the last photos. Gives a much bigger picture.

Is this chicken lethargic? Do its eyes remain closed a lot of the time, and is it acting sick? Do you notice it having less or no appetite?

If behaving sickly, I lean toward this being canker. https://www.merckvetmanual.com/poultry/trichomonosis/trichomonosis

The lesions on the comb and wattles appear to be possible fowl pox as @Eggcessive suspects. It's possible to get hit with both. Lucky chicken.
