Yellow diarrhea and odd acting *pics*

Ok I gave her a calcium citrate d3 tablet and checked one more time for an egg. She instantly expelled a load of yellow diarrhea with the black balls in it all over my finger… 🤦‍♂️

Anyway I took your advice and put her back with the flock they have 3 (5 gallon) waters in the coop and run and plenty of food. She immediately kinda went into hiding in the bushes. She came out and pecked a bit but nothing like her normal and she’s still very frumpy and kinda lethargic. Not your normal tail up nose in the ground demeanor.

The yellow urates and the dark pellets of poop can sometimes be from a reproductive infection or disorder. I have seen that over the years in a few. Hopefully, the calcium will help. The worming is good for prevention or treatment. Is her tail still held down? Is she eating and drinking?

So it’s been kinda hard to tell since we’ve integrated her back into the flock I think I saw her drinking yesterday before going to roost. She pecks here and there foraging but not anywhere close to herself. She’s definitely not acting better today (per my wife, I’m at work) she’s distancing herself from Flock and standing still, tail still down. We are gonna do a calcium tablet each day and try to keep an eye best we can.

I told my wife to put her back in quarantine so she had a nice quiet spot to work whatever out. She’s trying her best to quarantine from the flock even when she is in there so I figured this way we could watch her stools and keep a closer eye on food and water
