There is NO question that you have a pullet. Been raising Barred Rocks for years.

All the signs of a BR pullet to me!!
Here's a photo of mine, on the left a pullet and on the right a cockerel. They are only 10 weeks in the photo, but already you see the red comb, and waddles, whiter feathering.

Definitely a pullet.
