YO GEORGIANS! :)

Just went out to open the coop door and let the two girls out, no sign of dogs but its raining. One of them has only one eye, poor thing and the other has a defect leg. Now I know why I got them........I put feed under the Leland cypress's were the other girl is. It rarely gets wet under there.

Well guess the rain is a sign to get my house in order. LOL spent the last week outside building the coop and run. Have a great day everyone!!!!!!

@LTygress .. Remember I filled my water tray (short one) last week? When do I do more, after pips? I'm just letting it dry almost all the way and then refill.
During the last three days. Day 19, 20, and 21 should have higher humidity.

Yes! Awesome idea -give me three, maybe four days notice and you can have a dozen plus extra. A few more days will give you more. I'm good with any color, just as long as they are not people -attack cats.

We fortunately don't have any aggressive kitties.

I think the best bet is going to be three brothers that were born the end of last July. They were tested for feline leukemia in November and were neutered and vaxxed for rabies and got the combo shot last month. I think they are least likely to bother chickens since they aren't even a year old yet. One is a black mottled color with short hair, one is black and white with short hair, and one is black/chocolate with long hair and a shorter tail. He's got some funny white hair growing right now because of having ring worm as a little kitten and looks really neat actually, but I don't think the white hair will stay. They can all be petted, although the mottled one is more shy than the other two. They spent a couple of months in my laundry room in the fall, so they are used to people.

My incubator should be empty by the middle of next week. :-D But I need to check my calendar. Where am I driving to?

You'd be driving to McDonough or Stockbridge, whichever is closer. If you'd like to come straight to the farm, it's McDonough.
