Thanks y'all for the comments. This coop is definitely a labor of love, t times I swear it feels like I will never get done. It's my 2nd major build though so I know I am close to the end. I look forward to watching my planned garden grow around it and my Polish chickens milling about in it.

Thanks Lost one of my hatched Tolbunts to one of the bitter cold snaps. Brought it's hatch mate upstairs for the duration. I moved him back down to the basement when I adopted 3 frizzled bunt chicks. He had been silent for over a month since the death, not a single peep. When he saw the chicks he started crowing non stop lol. He has settled down now and crows in the morning or if he hears me but I have not come to him yet. Looking for those 50's a night and finishing the coop so everyone can go out to their new home.

Wow! It's been a BYC peeps kinda day! @Missyktsm came by to rent bator space, then rode with @mrsdszoo to see @GAMarans and @RoboDuck but Robo seems to be avoiding me. That's twice I've been up there and he's been "elsewhere". That hurts me in my tender feelings it does.

I have 19 chickens and 26 chicks now, unfortunately another one of my chicks died.

Hey CD comere and build me a coop. I'll help lol even buy the supplies... just don't have the muscle power. My DH is so not talented he can't even light the hot water heater when the pilot goes out! Dragged me outta bed this mornin to do it ugghhh. I love the man but dayum!

It's was great meeting you and I hope y'all had fun! I just finished candling and looks like all my hopes for a cuckoo are on that one egg at your house. The others were all duds. Out of the 14 eggs she originally sent, only two are developing. On a better note though...24 of my sizzle eggs look great! Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll have some curly chicken soon.

Howdy. They're getting big. And some are getting close to being big enough to be released on the pond. I just hope the Canada Geese don't mess with them.
