YO GEORGIANS! :)

Dont know much yet on breeds and all of mine im clueless still but I got one that looks like these, what is an AM? Once I get my reload on internet on the 5th I got new photos to post. Maybe then people can help me figure out more of them. No breed info here. Just pick one.

AM = Ameraucana

Having a horrible night, thus my early post. I haven't slept for more than two consecutive hours all night. So very sick!

Thank you it wasnt listed under acronyms or such in the index. So great I will be happy if that is what the chick is. Can hopefully get a few more identified once I can post images.
welcome to more newcomers.

i am in teagle farms i  my place backs up to butts county but i am considered forsyth. it is really weird how it all works.

Yeah, you would think zip code changes with the county, but nope!

County? Heck, zip code doesn't always change with city. I know an area that is in the city limits of Powder Springs but has a Hiram zip code.

We lost power here too. Several trees down all around the property. DH found the first one this morning as he left for work...across the driveway! One fell and only missed our farm truck by about 2 feet. And it's weird...the tops are gone out of several trees but not in a line like I've seen from tornado tails. They're just random throughout the woods. Must have been some awesome wind!

We got power back.

It was some awesome wind. But I think all it did (here at least) was snap the trees weakened by the ice storm back in February.

Everyone is still alive and healthy here today. No deaths to report of except a tiny EE chick that hatched mal-formed anyway.

Sorry to hear about your chick but glad to hear everyone else is okay. We had one fatality here...the top of one of my chicken runs lol. Went to do chicken chores this morning and found a huge limb had fallen through the top of one of seven runs attached to my breeding house. Luckily the birds are fine and it only affected one run. I spent the morning doing patchwork and temporary predator proofing. A foot either way and it would have gone through the roof of the breeding house itself. Feeling fairly lucky.
