It's like a pre-built coop, right there! Oh I wish I had gas money and didn't feel like death was knocking at the door right now...

I lose too many hens to predators and I'm always needing to replace those, to have any to sell. Everyone wants them, but I just can''t sell hens - I need more for myself, first!Has anyone on here bought a bunch of chicks (pullets) with the goal being to raise them to POL and then sell them for $15-20? Does it work out or do you spend too much on food, etc to make it profitable? I guess it would be better to have a roo and hatch your own eggs, but then you have to deal with all the roos and not just pullets! Any experience out there on this subject would be appreciated. Do any of you hatch eggs for other people? How much do you charge? And what happens if the eggs are no good and the customer thinks it's your fault? Trying to think of a way to make a little money while doing what I love.
At an airport, or way up in the air.The post office tracking site leaves A LOT to be desired. So where are they now?
Grrr ... wish it was more girls. If you're willing to separate them, I'd love to have the one girl.Ok, @GAMarans (or anyone else): I have 3 FBCMs chicks that I'd like to either sell or trade. I've decided on the breeds I want to keep, and FBCMs didn't make the cut. They are just over 5 weeks old. I think it's 2 boys and 1 girl. PM me if interested.

Well I just hope they make it here alive. They are supposed to be here tomorrow and my Sweetgrass turkey eggs should be here Friday.
