YO GEORGIANS! :)

Hello from Warrenton! Country living, with lots of chickens around.
Just lost my 3 y.o. RIR to a predator last weekend, and my boys and I got 8 more chicks on Tuesday.
2 each:
Buff Orps
RIRs
Barred Rocks
Leghorns
They are growing like fertilized weeds in the brooder in my barn.
I've gotta make a larger coop!

Dan

Hello everyone. Looks like a crisp day today and lots of sunshine in GA. It was definitely cold enough for me walking about at 4:00 am in the morning..... No, LOL , I'm not a sleepwalker though it felt a bit like it this morning!!!! Sending hubby off to the bees of North GA to get more bees so we will have more honey! Yum Yum..... Hope all have a happy day....And I hope I have another cuppa coffee in the coffee pot.....

Looking for a red jungle fowl rooster or eggs to hatch - a friend's flock is down to 5 hens and no boys to keep the flock going.

Anyone in southern part of the state have a roo or eggs available?

Hi Craig! We are practically neighbors,We live just right outside of Harlem, going towards Thomson! :) We mainly have bantam Cochins. Let me know if there's anything you need! Always Good to see chicken folks on here around these neck of the woods.

I have some 3 week old bantams available in Cobb County, if anyone is interested.
Mille Fleur, Silver Sebrights, Aracaunas, Sultans....

Hello everyone I live in Shady Dale (Monticello) Ga. I joined this forum because I have been looking pretty hard these past few days trying to fine some good laying hens. I wasn't able to contact you without being a member here. If you have any Delaware, Golden comet or barred rock hens or older pullets that you could part with could you please let me know. May consider other breeds if I can't find any of these.
Thanks
Nathan
