Okay. Seriously? Every night around this time, someone pulls up in our neighbor's drive and blows the horn.... Repeatedly... Over and over, with varying times in between. All are quick beeps.. Beep........ Beebeep................. Beep.. Beebeep.................

Sometimes like a minute in between even, but it is so freakin strange....

I am so sorry you guys are going through that. Being without water is no small thing! I hope it isn't too costly a fix! Is there anything I can do?
