I'm getting my new chicks today! I'm so excited! Got my brooders set up and it's been reading between 95-101 directly below the light, but closer to 75-80 away from the light. Should I add another lamp or wait to see what the chicks do?

I'm a Grandmother! Our daughter gave birth to Aurora Grace yesterday at 5:55 pm she weighed 4 pounds 7 ounces and is 17 inches long. She is doing great! The have her on CPAP just to help with breathing but she is breathing on her own. I was right there during the birth, it was so amazing! I will be called YaYa!
