They live in a gated lake community in Lauderdale MS so they can't have any livestock/chickens. We are originally from Meridian MS but my parents moved out to Lauderdale about 17 years ago. I bet you've heard of Meridian. I-20 59 goes right through the middle of Meridian.Not familiar with that area. My family hails from greater metropolitan Tupelo.

As long as they have been exposed to grit aka dirt they can have just about anything ok for chickens like grass, bugs, veggies, etc.Can anyone tell me if baby chicks need anything extra besides the chickfeed to eat? (They are 4weeks old).
