Oooh!! I almost forgot.. I've noticed the past couple days one of my hens' crop is big. We were on the porch this evening and hubby said "ewww that chicken just threw up!"..

So I emptied her crop. It was HUGE and a God-forsaken amount of fluid came out.

I put her in a coop alone tonight with no food/water.. Now I just slowly reintroduce, right? Anyone done this?

I've got the 12 eggs from the lady in FL going into lockdown tomorrow! They are mixes: Roos were Frizzled roo, Silver Laced Polish and 2 Lav Ameraucanas. Hens were: Lav. Ams, Golden Polish, EE, cochin, NN, OE, Wheaten Marans, Houdans, Silver Penciled Plymouth Rock, Silver Campines and GLW. Should be fun to see what I get from this mix!
