I have found where my broody Bantam Java hen has gone, she thinks she is hiding in the little room off the garage, where I let the cats go. I have not looked to see how many eggs she is sitting on but I have a feeling its a bunch.

Green legs have nothing to do with egg color. I have had several Bearded EEs with pea combs and green legs lay nice brown eggs! I also have chickens with yellow or blackish legs who give me colored eggs.
