brown eggs $3.99/dozen
Wow!
We're smart to be raising our own chicks!

and you could be selling out every week for the same price or more, by letting people know yours are fresh

You can buy from Ebay, Fishpond.com or Amazon. A little pricey.

Yeah, they are! Mine was a late birthday gift. I'm trying to find one cheaper, Ebay has them not as pricey as Amazon and so does Fishpond.com. Maybe you could get someone to gift it for you.

while we were on vacation last week, the daughters alternated coming to the house and checking things. The youngest doesn't have any chickens so we told her keep what eggs she gathered, I think she got 6, 2 a day for 3 days. Anyway, because of that, yesterday we filled our first dozen:

and this morning, I'm having my first breakfast, fresh eggs and home grown tomatoes! YAY.......

That's so exciting! Isn't it the best feeling to grow your own food??? Do you have any colored egg layers? That makes it even more fun! You need more chickens!
